Yesterday was a tough day for me. I don’t know how to incorporate personal drama into this blog and I’m not sure I even want to. So suffice it to say the boyfriend and I hit a bump in the relationship road and are now working things out but it’s been tough and emotionally draining (I forced myself to act professional and go to work, thus increasing the drain).

Anyway, I thought I’d post about a few things that are cheering me up:

These incredible patterns for knitted ice cream. They are the best such patterns I’ve seen yet!

This vintage-inspired Japanese craft book. What? The Japanese are dabbling in vintage? Sign me up!

I know I’ve just found your blog (and thanks for commenting on mine and bringing me here–such lovely photos and such cool sewn & knitted projects!) but I’m sending good thoughts your way. Relationships are tough but I like to think the tough spots make the good times that much better.
